This is an oldie-budda-goodie. It's my way of turning two very boring sights into something more out there. The field and house can be found on a bike trail somewhere between MD and PA, and the closet doors were from an old apartment of mine. I dig this picture because it's a good example of how I look at art. I'm not sure how most people look at pictures, I'd assume they've been facebooked into looking at a whole picture in a second or two and move on. When I look at pictures I examine everything, corner to corner in a Chuck Close sort of way, trying to look for anomalies, quirks, or little extras. As such, when I make pictures I make them to that end. So in this surreal picture of a set of doors being opened up into a field, I see a bit more.
